College Park Lions will once again organize an evening of fun and fellowship for Family and Friends of Lions. This year however, it will also be a fundraiser for Lions Camp Merrick and the Lions Community Outreach Foundation. Clubs throughout the District are urged to participate in this 22-C Social event. The College Park Club has purchased Lower Reserve Seat tickets for the Bowie Baysox baseball game and fireworks on Friday, August 20, 2010 at Prince George's Stadium. The game starts at 7:00pm. Tickets are $10. Parking is Free. Seats will be assigned on a first come first served basis. To assure you are seated in our reserved block, your ticket order is needed by August 8, 2010. This activity is a funraiser and a fundraiser. Profits from the event and will be divided 50/50 between Lions Camp Merrick and the Lions Community Outreach Foundation. Contributions are also welcome. Our goal is to see spouses, children, grandchildren, friends, neighbors and prospective members in attendance. Clubs can use the event to make a Club Visitation and to show prospective members that lions have fun in the process of helping others. Make check(s) payable to: College Park Lions Club
